For a complete list of uOttawa partner institutions that allow student mobility, visit the "Research where to study" page of the International Office. The International Office is responsible for updating the MoveOn database, so be sure to consult it regularly.
During the academic years 2008-2009 to 2019-2020, 260 students of the Civil Law Section have been on exchange in a foreign law school. If student mobility is permitted by the University of Ottawa during 2020-2021, some 20 students will take part in an international exchange. Several destinations are possible.
The CLIC Program offers students interested in studying in a Chinese university generous stipends. Some exceptions apply.
We would also like to remind you that the Civil Law Section is part of the NACLE Consortium. The consortium is made up of 13 American, Mexican and Canadian law faculties.
Since 1995, the Civil Law Section has supported the participation of its students in the international exchange program. Course equivalences have been established over the years. You will be able to discuss this further during your meeting with the person responsible for student mobility. Ask the academic secretariat's staff for the name and contact information of this person.
